REFLECTION
This
subject is also our specialized subject, and I’m also interested about it
because it talks about how you handle a guest in a hotel. It is very
challenging to me because you have to be familiarize, and you have to be nice.
You have to be patient and responsible to all things.
You
have to know on how to be a bell man, a front desk check in and check out, and
how to handle a reservation. It’s difficult but when you familiarize and being
able to it, it’s a great privilege to yourself because you have now a skills
that other cannot steal it from you. We also have an assessment.
